By using ThaiLearn (thailearn.app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

ThaiLearn is a free web app for learning the Thai language. We provide flashcards, quizzes, audio pronunciation, and progress tracking. The service is provided as-is, for personal educational use.

• You can use ThaiLearn without an account. Signing in with Google lets you sync progress across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We don't store passwords.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape content or abuse the service.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the app's operation or infrastructure.
• Use the leaderboard or username system to display offensive content.
• Reverse-engineer or redistribute the app's source code for commercial purposes.

• All content (Thai language data, audio, illustrations, UI design) is owned by ThaiLearn or used with permission.
• You may use the learning content for personal study. You may not redistribute it commercially.
• User-generated content (leaderboard usernames) must not infringe on others' rights.

• We aim to keep ThaiLearn available but don't guarantee uptime. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
• We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
• We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

ThaiLearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Loss of learning progress or data (though we make reasonable efforts to preserve it).
• Inaccuracies in Thai language content (always verify with native speakers or official resources).
• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

You can stop using ThaiLearn at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below. We may terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Your use of ThaiLearn is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
